We are trying to list a home with two issues.
1. The master bedroom has a stack washer/dryer installed with all the appropriate plumbing/electrical. It is unsightly and wonder if enclosing it somehow is the best option.

2. The main bath has had a cutout on the side tub to facilitate an elderly person. Does this just need to be replaced with a new tub?
