I still have some topsets from last season. Shipped a couple of hundred out to GW folks in trades last October/November. I have been using them in cooking all winter.

Check out my "Wants" list and see if you have something I am interested in for a trade, or make an offer - I am open to trade for uncommon or unusual edibles not on my lists. I REALLY want Jerusalem Artichoke. That didn't make it on my purchase lists again this year.

Soilent Green, be careful what you wish for in the case of Jerusalem Artichokes. Easy to grow, but we were not particularly impressed with the flavor. They are, after all a weed in a lot of places. Once planted and harvested, you'll be fighting them for years to come, not as invasive as horseradish, but they do stay around.

Do a search on what the adult plants look like, you might find some growing locally as weeds. For some reason, we see them around here by the side of country roads, not in the ditch, but close to it.

theforgottenone1013, yes I would be interested in a trade. The Egyptian onion bulblets are still in excellent condition and I still have quite a few left although I have been eating them. :-)

Are you talking a trade for J.A. tubers or seeds? Just wondering...
