Was cleaning up around the raised bed today and got a bit over zealous with the weed-whacker. I accidentally trimmed the 12" long sprouts on the garlic I planted in October down to a few inches on several plants. Will they re-grow the sprouts or should I just dig them up now and reclaim the garden space for other vegetables?
