I really am late on the above, but better sowed late than never LOL! Pretty nice to see the quick germination so I can get the planted before too long.

Also since last post I have had germination from the False Blue Indigo and a few more of the Blue Elderberry. Am dying to see some germination come from the Rosa rugosa, but don't expect it anytime soon :)

N later than Friday I plan to start sowing Tomatoes and peppers (peppers indoors though). Today would be a perfect day to get outside and do some thinning of the gazillions of self-sown annuals and perennials, but just too darn wet to be walking all over the beds. If I don't get at it soon I'll be overtaken by larkspur, poppies, aster laevis, yarrow and Catmint. Shame on me for allowing the yarrow in particular to set seed. As if the spread by root isn't bad enough!
