Try Vintage Gardens they show it currently available now for $12.50, get a three gallon or larger pot and plant it this next summer with a much larger root system.

Rogue Valley Roses also has it as a band or gallon.

Susanswoods, just a thought.... If you buy a grafted one and plant it deep (in order to get her growing own roots)?...
David Austin Roses has it listed and their plants are usually HUGE!!!..
BTW, just placed an order for it myself:)

I got mine from Vintage three years ago. It's doing great.

Thanks everyone. I contacted Vintage but they said theirs are grafted. Rogue Valley has own root ones and that's where I'll order one. They've also got Gislaine de Feligonde and I've decided I have room for one more big rose along the board fence.

I just added a new nickname to my profile. I'll see what displays when I post this.
