My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Went outside this morning and there were icicles hanging off the greenhouse. It's a "toasty" 60* inside!

Sleet sounds so strange when it's falling! All the hippis are warm and safe, either in the GH or on the back porch (40*).
