My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: quite a few........looking for clumpers

I have a big list of bamboos on my trade page(too many to list)

I'm looking for any clumpers that I don't have that will survive a mild zone 9 winter.

I also have a bunch of more rare types that I'll trade for rare types, as well as alot of hardy bananas, and other plants.
