Recommendation Needed Please!

I am need of help deciding which tree to place in this area to replace my Hong Kong Orchid Tree. After going to Whitfield's I found the following trees:

Multi-Trunk Shammel Ash Tree
Multi-Trunk Crepe Myrtle Tree
Chinese Pistache
Vitex Tree

I would like some Privacy from the neighbor's Patio and would like some shade in the area. I am not a fan of the neighbors huge pine tree so I'd like something with some height. The area is about 10 feet away from the wall and about 15 feet away from the house. What do you all recommend for the area.

Crepe Myrtle and Vitex won't get tall enough for privacy. I vote for Chinese Pistache. Be sure to deep water your trees. The lawn water only soaks down 6 inches or so and trees need water down to three feet.

Thank you for your recommendations. Originally I was set on the Chinese Pistache then when I got to Whitfeild's I was enticed by all the other options.

Red Push Pistache is what our HOA landscape advisor is recommending and planting currently.
