I would personally wait a little while. Usually when you separate pups you want to get a little peice of the mother plant along with the pups bulb. It will be less stressful to them in the long run to wait if they are truly offsets of a small 'mother' plant. In your zone they should have a nice long growing season and there will be plenty of time to divide them in a few mos or so.

I suspect they are clones rather than pups. Its just odd they are the only ones that have not taken off yet.
