My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ensette being yanked up and moved

My two year old Ensette is not producing any height into its second season in the ground. As indicated by another member poster these are cool climate, high attiude plants. I am not in a cool climate. I am taking Ensette's off my list and this one out of the ground! Rest its soul. Replacing it with a Giant Napal.
