I agree with the previous comment that they appear to be an alder wood. We focus on paint-grade doors, so wouldn't be up are alley, but have seen faux finishing to match this look (see attachment). Not that easy to do unless you learn, but saved a BUNDLE from what the owner told me. Best of luck!
