I kept several in my garage with two electric heaters last winter. I don't think it got any lower than 45ºF in there, but I could be wrong. I kept one up off the colder concrete floor and under lights -- it did the best. Never lost any leaves. Another I kept mostly in the dark (a larger one) and it still survived fine. 37 degrees might be a bit too cold, but I've never really tested their limits. I might opt for the basement with flourescents on timers. You might battle spider mites there though.

Am curious..can I treat this plant like some of my bulbs and put in peat?
