I live on a cattle ranch in Central Florida. We recently came across a rather large honey bee hive in a culvert. Everyone seems to be set on spraying and destrying the hive but bees are such great pollinators it seems counter productive to destroy them. How difficult (time, money etc)would it be to move the bees to a bees box? What other options are there besides killing the hive??
