White blooms on the way!!! These were a gift from a co-worker so I had no idea what color they'd turn out to be. Just a lil surprised at how short the pink one is vs. the tall stalk white one budding.

We all get short stems from time to time, there is some question as to what actually causes it, temperatures etc., most likely the next time it blooms it will be the average length.
Your white flower looks like it will be very pretty, if it's very fragrant it might be Alfresco..

Those are very pretty.I need to upload mine so i can show you folks also.I have a white blooming right now that smells terrific and is what i would cal a triple flower,there are about 5 blooms on one stalk and i just purchased the bulb a month or 2 ago at wally world and it;s already blooming.Surprised me totally.

I've only noticed an actual flower scent on Jewel... though, that could just be my nose.

Jodi...we've had lots of conversations during the time you weren't actively reading the list. Oleg in particular pointed out several scented hybrids. I recall that these are scented: H. Appleblossom, H. Jewel, H. Alfresco, H. Splash (?), H. Santiago, but also H x Johnsonii, and many NOID heirlooms. I'm sure there are others...

Then there was the discussion about whether some smelled like berries and cream or cat pee!!!
