Any kind of inside lighting will do fine. In my experience, grow lights do not make that much of a difference.

I would suggest the T5HO Fluorescent lamp and fixture. They produce the same light intensity per watt as a metal halide lamp, and their light output does not diminish until they are close to 95-98% of their lifetime. Metal halide lamps taper off after 15-20% of their lifetime.
