Red Abyssinian

I have six Red Abyssinian false bananas and was told they were hardy in zone 5. if so are there any tricks to overwintering these plants. I have access to an indoor pool with high humidity and consistent 80 degree temps if they need dug and stored indoors. any advice would be helpful. thanks
