Erosion control

I have been working on reclaiming land that has been eroded by a steam that eventually flows into the Ohio River for the last 5 years. By spring, it'll be full enough to plant bamboo.

What I am looking for is a very quick spreading, aggressive bamboo. I do not care how tall or how small it gets, nor if it looks ratty over winter or happens to not be very ornamental. The land is about a 3 on the 1-5 scale for sunlight. I have looked at some smaller boo and would like to hear what you think about:

Pleioblastus oleosus

P. nagashima

P. humilis

P. juxianensis

P. pygmaeus 'Ramosissimus'

P. hindsii

P. distinctus regular and 'mini'

P. shibuyanus 'tsuboi'

Sasa tsuboiana

S. oshidensis

S. nagimontana

Sasaella ramosa

Of course if you have your own suggestions I'd love to hear them.
