not sure what this is

This plant is growing in our garden and I am not sure what it is. It is about 5 feet tall and has a bunch of yellow flowers that into some kind of pod. We cut open one of the pods and it has around 6-8 white seeds connected to a green center. I am trying to figure out what it is so i know to pull it or keep it. I have included a picture of one of the leaves. I can get some more pictures if anyone needs them. Thanks!!
