The frost is gone and most of my broms are in the garden now.

Last week we had a freak hailstorm on a warm and sunny day.

It lasted for about five minutes with 3-5 millimeter hailstones that thawed away in minutes..

Now a couple of days later I see some damage, dang!..

Mostly on the horizontal leafs of hard leafed broms. The damage is not too bad and not on every leaf, I am sure they will survive.

I'm not looking for show quality broms anyway.

So if you see wite spots after really bad weather now you know what it is. These are pics of the worst damage.
