Is it Dying?

I am wondering from those you with more experience if you think my pleiospilos nelii is dying. The small lobes are still firm at this point but its pretty wobbly. Its in a pot with a kalanchoe tomentosa and echeveria harmsii. I now realize that this wasn't the smartest group of plants to put together because of the difference in watering needs. Would you try to repot at this point? I can do a small pot with half either MG cactus or potting soil and half perlite if you think that would help. If its not going to make it its not the end of the world, it was a clearance plant and I know Lowe's will have more of this particular plant in the spring if I want to try again.
