I saw them at Home Depot and couldn't believe it myself--right by the half-price Christmas decorations!

I was hoping the dollar store might have some today. They already have their valentines items out!

The Dollar General here was putting out Valentines Day items while moving Christmas off the shelf, but still no seeds. Great place to buy rudbeckia hirta and Forget Me Nots.

Wahoo, I need a few things, lol. I'm waiting for beans so I don't have to pay shipping. I'm sure I'll be tempted by all the pretty flowers too.

My True Value garden shop has so many seeds the displays are blocking the aisles. I stopped in this afternoon to buy some ProMix, so I can start WSing all these seeds I just traded for. I managed to get in and out without even looking at all the seeds on the racks. The last thing I need right now is more seeds. But I know I'll be back in a few months, since I'm short on veggie seeds.

That sounds like a fire hazard. It's your civic duty to help them by buying some of those seeds. :)

Oooooh! Dollar General-I'm trying to stay away until the Christmas clearance is over. After last year, I'll never have to buy gift bags again!

Hmmmm....what can my excuse be to go on down to Tru Value? Or what can I break that I can go get a replacement part? Oh I know, we need stuff for dinner and I need to go to the grocery store that is right next door! Okay, I am now off and running (even though I really do not need any more).
Thanks! Thanks a lot! See what you have done?

Yay! I was wondering who might have seeds so early. Walmart didn't get them until March last year, will have to go check out Home Depot. :)

My Walmart never has them this early either....until this year! Found them tonight. Maybe somebody finally told them about winter sowing. I got Johnny Jump Ups and fragrant, annual Sweet Peas. Yummy! I've not had luck with Sweet Peas in the past but this is my year for them.

I've never seen seeds anywhere locally until about late Feb or March.

My Walmart here waits until every Christmas item is gone before they slowly start putting in gardening stuff. It seems like the seeds are always the last thing they put in. Maybe that is because it is the only thing I really want them to have.

I've been scouring the stores this past week, but nothing yet. I'm hoping seeds will appear once the last of the Christmas stuff vanishes...
