My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Revived Agave

I had a small pup of Agave ferdinand-regis a while back and you may remember it got burned in the greenhouse due to my inexperience.

I thought it was dead and gone but then i noticed in the middle a small green meristem!

And so i cut away those dead and shrivelling leaves to expose it to the light; hopefully it will be back!
