Spiny Aloe

This plant, Aloe 'Ed Hummel' certainly has a mind of it's own. There have been many times when I was sure that it was on it's way out only to have it experience a resurrection and produce a few pups as a bonus. Following a summer of neglect, it seems on a recovery track.

Happy me.

Thanks Dawn.

Aloes have never been my thing, probably because I'm restricted to the ones that can survive in small pots. This happens to be one of them. I think this clone is a form of A. humilis.
