Specifically, I could not find it on Ebay, either as a current listing or as having been listed in the recent past. This book is not in wide distribution and finding it at a reduced price would probably be a matter of pure luck.

Note description on Camellia Forest page linked to above says "Proceeds from the sale of the book will go to my father for Camellia breeding and research" so it's their own production or an arrangement has been made that will have a similar result.
