I can't think of a better audience to ask a question about growing Lophophora from seed. I know the genus is indigenous to Mexico in very hot dry conditions. I want to be as successful as possible at germinating the seed. Let's assume I will purchase the seed from a reputable vendor and that the seed are reasonably fresh. What conditions are necessary to get the most bang for my buck? I plan on trying L. dffusa, diffusa v koehresii, fricii and decipiens. And on another note, what about Dorstenia brasiliensis from seed?
