Also another question I had was, how much light do these require per day. I've just been putting them outside in the morning when I leave for work (about 7:40 AM) and bringing them in when it gets dark (about 9:00 PM). Is this too much in Zone 6, Northeast Ohio? If it is, I could probably get by with them in a window, right? They are very beautiful and I like to see them, so having them indoors would be nice, but not if they need the outdoors light.

No water! None of these have any need for water. Watering so soon after disturbing them (although they came in that pot, right?) would be risky, give it a week or two. You now come to the big problem of having several Lithops in one pot. The ones that still have their old leaves really don't want to be watered until those leaves are gone, but the others might be getting quite wrinkled by then. You might want to just drip some water on individual plants when only some of them need water.

Lithops in general want as much sun as you can provide. Outdoors is obviously brighter than indoors, but outdoors can also get rained on, or pests can get at your plants. You can shade the plants on particularly hot days in summer. You can grow Lithops quite well in a sunny south-facing window, not so well in an east or west facing window. You run the risk of overheating them by having them in full sun and still air behind the glass. Definitely don't leave blinds or drapes closed trapping the Lithops next to the glass. Adapt them to full sun over a week or two because you don't know where they have been before, but if yours show no ill effects from a few days of full sun then you are OK.

L. salicola (it actually looks more like L. olivacea but I don't see that at oldmancactus)

Yes, they did in fact come in that pot. I think the lithops are spaced far enough apart that I can drip water individual lithops without getting the soil around the dividing ones wet.
