I went ahead with it anyway, have my soil ready and the 4" pots seem way too big so I'm just moving to another nursery pot.

I thought these were supposed to have very shallow roots? I'd noticed a root peeping out the drainage hole but now that I see, it seems like there was barely any soil in the pot.

I'm not too familiar with this plant, but yes, 4" would have been too big.

I figured. It will live in the nursery pot until it's bigger, then. It's potted by now.

Aaaaugh so crooked! I'll get the hang of this one day.

Really hard to overwater this genus of plant (i water mine heavily in summers since they look terrible if you don't).

I go crazy if mine are not centered and straight. lol.. it's a nice plant. :-)

Thanks for the info. I just kept seeing that it was dormant in summer and so don't? I'll be watering it then.

And @jojo I'm having so much trouble with this! Maybe I'll get a stick and go back in and fix it up a little bit. The echeveria are so much easier to handle lol
