Here is cute poem that I have Cross stitched in my kitchen/ sitting area.---I used to love my garden, but now my love is dead. I found a bachelor's button in black- eyed susan's bed.

This came to me in an email card:

If I was a garden flower, I'd have to be a Snapdragon.

Well I LIKE what rosegal had to say best, but the one I quote the most, as it really drives home the point that there's really NO SUCH THING as an "expert gardener" is the one the American Horticultural Society uses as the subtitle for its magazine, from Thomas Jefferson, who was one of America's first great gardeners...

(1)Sh1t, I didn't mean to weed-eat/pull that.
(2) I think we'll have a late winter so I can get away with planting it now or even next week.

Old gardeners never die, they just go to seed.
