I guess a lot of folks still don't know about kefir?

So far we like it in smoothies, banana and strawberries is one of our favs. DH drinks it straight up, but I like it blended with fruit and sometimes a little stevia. I made some cream cheese with it the other day and that was pretty delish. We're about to be run out of house and home with the kefir grains. Those little beasties really grow when they're happy.
