Notolover, friday morning is a good name for this gem, boy I've never seem one that sparkled as nice as this. What does the body look like or maybe I mean the base of the plant, it looks like some type of melon?

Thanks for sharing, Greg

That is so pretty, never seen one with that coloring.

Here is pic with the plant. I forgot to mention that it also had a very pleasant fragrance the night it opened--just an added bonus.

I just wished the flowers would last longer--the Echinopsis hybrid grower's lament!

Thanks everyone for looking/commenting.

Kathi, your flowers sound lovely, can't wait to see a pick!

Hi notolover
I really do love these cacti hybrids. I was going to say it reminded me of Daydream? This one has a lovely clear pattern of colors. I know its never as impressive as seeing the flower up close, I can only imagine the subtle blends you see in person. What a nice bonus to get a fragrance, too. Haven't, yet, had one with a scent I could pick up. Echis owners lament, yep. I've noticed the little rebutias hang on to their flowers about 3 days ....I'll be thankful for those small favors.
Still appreciate your advice to feed my echis Tigerbloom. They are definitely growing well.
