Stush, it looks like the base is a Pachypodium lamerei. Not sure what species the crested top part is, though. Do you know, Gary?

I don't know either. I know for sure the bottom is a Pachy lameiri.
It's unique in a sense that the top has Pachy lameiri leaves growing on the crest. So happy to get it. Wife still thinks its ugly. Lol. gary
