karimi- no worries- and no, it's not too late to winter sow at all. the benchmark i've heard is as long as it's cool enough to need a sweater at night outside, you can winter sow. which puts us well into march, and perhaps april.

i hadn't heard of graceful gardens, either- so another new one to check out. this site is such an enabler to those of us who are addicts! :)
