Just the shock of being in suddenly much lower humidity, moving from the conditions of whatever greenhouse it was grown in, (or container it was sold in), to your home. It should adjust fine in time, they can adjust to pretty low humidity as long as light and temperature are good. Optimally, you'd want humidity of 50% minimum, but again, depending on the species or hybrid I've seen them do fine and pitcher with less, (but they had excellent light and the soil was kept moist, but not soaking consistently.) You could put it in a ziploc bag and slowly open a bit more of the top over a number of days to help it adjust slower, and it won't look so shocked and dehydrated as it adjusts. Good luck!

Looks like a butterwort. Are you using tap water? How much light does it get? What's the temperature in the room it's in?
