Another surprise

My brug that produced the bi-colored deformed blooms has produced bi-colored normal blooms with a cream outer skirt and a peach inner skirt!!!!!!! The blooms are kind of beat up from the rain and the contrast isn't that pronouned in the pics. I hope the same blooms are produced next season. I really like it though I'm partial to multi-colored blooms on anything. There's also pics of Halo Peach which is staying pretty pink and Butterfly has just opened. It will darken quite a bit and is one of my favorites.

Oh Karyn! It just keeps getting better and better. I'm so excited for you. I sure hope to keep seeing more of this one. Won't it be amazing if it stays this way? You may just make brug history! :)

Thanks. I'm really excited about this one. It was a seed cross from a Hawaiian Dbl White and L'Amour. At least I think it was L'Amour. The seeds were from about 3 years ago and last year was the first time they bloomed. I had several doubles, some all cream, some a pinky peach but never a combination.

Karyn I am glad you are getting something special for all the bad things that came your way lately.
That is so beautiful. So is the Halo peach and hope you get another shot from Butterfly when it is more open, for us. How is your Special one....gee what was it again. Man I am worse then my mother and she is 82 years. Alzheimers but not so bad yet. Just short term memory.
Anyways Karyn I just wanted to say that I hope that with your green hands that Kristy always says you have, and all the pictures you share all the time and it all looks so wonderful. That I just sometimes think about you and hope everything grows well for you!
