please help identify this clematis *

Please help me identify this clematis. It is blooming on new growth. It died back last year in a container and I thought it was a gonner, so I didn't keep the name. It suddenly came back this year, so I transplanted it to the ground and it's blooming nicely. It's Mid May now and I see 2 blooms and 4 buds already. I'm zone 6, western suburb of philadelphia.
