My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Because of the particular look on the wlanut grain, I can tell you it's plain sawn american black walnut with a clear stain or natural oil (use deftoil or any danish oil for a similar look).

Please tell me if it is a Black Walnut wood and if there is just a clear stain on the wood or is there another stain that you used? Many thanks.

Its the way which they cut the tree to make wood. Plain sawn makes itkinda more rustic by showing alot of grain.
