Seedlings aren't necessarily considered Inferior..they will just be different than the parent...that is how we get new Clematis varieties...who knows you might have one that will be worthy to be marketable or if not but just for your own pleasure for your gardens!!..Hope you share pics when it blooms....remember to never consider the first blooms as what a mature plant will give you down the road...Hybridizers keep theirs for several years to observe so to decide if they are worthy...what plant is your seedling from??...Jeanne
