My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, Karen. That is blackened steel plate that we designed and had custom-fabricated by a local shop. It is not high-tech but it involves some care and precision in cutting, bending, and fastening. Depending on where you are located, you'd need to find the right shop and have them work out the details. Hope that helps!
