My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Has anyone had any problems ordering from this company?

The guy has been emailing me for a month - he had me send him a "wish list" for clematis a month ago, telling me that he'd honor the $6.00 sale price for each, and every week since then he emails me asking me if we took care of it, and each time he does, I have to tell him that we haven't. Is he THAT disorganized that he can't get an order together for me??? I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever receive the Clematis that I placed on the original order.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience with them.
