Columbine require light for germination and can take a long time to sprout. Here is a link to a photo of some sprouts. If you don't know what they are now it won't be long....

Hmmm that does make sense as the one that sprouted initially was in the sunnier location out of all the sprouts.

Perfect! Those are almost exactly what they look like. The second group of leaves are just a little smaller than the ones you have, but they will get bigger I'm sure.
