Yuppers, it's Clerodendrum bungei, ambiguous common name of glory-bower, sometimes called Mexican hydrangea (even though native to China).

Aggressively suckering tropical shrub and invasive.

If you'd crushed the leaves, they'd smell of musk.

Unfortunately they don't bloom as well when grown in a pot. I love the fragrance. Any tiny shred of a root will eventually grow into a bush. Once you plant them you will forever be weeding them out.
