My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Door trim -

What is the width/height of the door trim/header above? Also, how high are the ceilings? I assume the trim is made of multiple pieces? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

    Ceilings in this beautiful older home are 8'-10". The opening to the breakfast area is 7'-5" high with 7 1/2" trimat the header (made of multiple pieces). Good luck on your project.
