What is it?????

What kind of plant is this? My aunt gave me this tree/bush about 4/5 years ago. I can't remember what it is. It's never had berries/fruit, flowers or anything like that. This is the first year it has gotten this big in 4/5 years. Does it need sun/shade, what kind of sun/shade? Please help!

It's a Fatsia.
Loves shade and water.

It's Rice Paper Plant or Tetrapanax papyrifera. Some people are sensitive to the "dust" that the stems and trunk give off so be careful where you plant it. There's a freaky version called 'Steroidal Giant' that gets super big and looks very tropical.
