We aren't doing a fair garden this year, but there will be quite a few pieces that we have worked on in & around the garden area. Also, I'll enter in the cut flowers, potted plants and arrangements, plus some fruits/veggies up in the AG building. I'm sure we'll enter some crafts, too.

I also plan to enter cut flowers, and hopefully some arrangements. The deer have been out of control this summer and have eaten a lot of things I planned on entering. I see a fence in my future.

My wife and I rode over to the flee market Sunday morning and we drove down to the gardening area but didn't know if we could look around or not ,so we left . I guess we will wait for the fair.

jeeper, in general, it's not encouraged to wander around in the garden area. Outside is fine- and you can see some pretty gardens there. But you have to understand the competitors have sometimes expensive plants or support materials in the gardens. I know i never liked to see strangers wandering around before it was open when i competed. I'm sure 90% mean no harm, but they are distracting at best and at worst sometimes steal. Every year someone gets something stolen before or during the fair (usually before).
