The flower is so bleached out. Could you post a picture of a newly opened blossom so we can see what the color is?

I don't see any about to open, but even the new ones look bleached out..they have a slight pink coloring.

Not ruffled. Also, JPII has 7 petals, and mine has 8. JPII also blooms late summer and mine blooms early in Spring and late Summer. It's more like a bleached Moser evenm though it has east exposure and no afternoon sun.

I'm pretty sure it is Moser and will move to a shadier spot to see if color returns.

Nelly Moser is much darker than that. I have had to move several Clems do to sun bleaching and they don't bleach out uniformly, I think that Clem is supposed to be that color.
