Yep, cut them back by half or so, keep them well watered and fertilized with a slow release, preferably organic fertilizer, and you should be rewarded with another nice show in the late summer/early fall, if not sooner.. Would be interested in knowing what zone you are in since the three clematis you mention are still in flower in my zone 7a garden.
