i know i wouldn't want folks seeing mine right now- it's awful. bones or no bones. ugh. if somebody's looked reasonable to them, i'd be willing, but i'd imagine most are in the same situation. i think we'd all like to show off when it's looking more chipper.

Actually mine looks pretty good right now, because mine is in the wettest place of anyone's... I'm not really expecting anyone to show but if anyone's interested they're welcome to come over.

After the dust settles and I get the hoop house up and functional I would like to show it off. I also make some easy-cheesy straw bale bunkers to shelter potted plants outside through the winter. So, in a couple of weeks I should be up and running. I do have to travel some in the next couple of weeks and I haven't finished my decompression from the fair yet.... but count me in.

Glad we did our tour in the early summer. There is not much going on in our landscape right now; except "Big Oak Tree's" leaf and acorn drop!. All the perennials are spent; even the mums are showing signs of distraught. The annuals are getting spindly. I guess I need to plan a better fall garden. Last year in the winter months; we had pansies, ornamental kale, ornamental cabbage, and dusty miller that brightened up the patio until late spring. Not this year! Need to conserve water in Raleigh!
But, if anyone out there wants to share their landscape....We would certainly visit!...........Dianne
