You have probably seen this article, but it looks likes they were germinating at 20C-30C.

Thanks, I did see the article and now I think a soak in peroxide and bump up the temp would be in order. Should have done it in the first place. I assume that it might still help- I still have extra seeds to try if it doesn't.

Stale seeds? Wouldn't surprise me.

It would not be the first time I've gotten stale seeds. If this doesn't work I'll try some GA-3 and see if that works.
