Seed Plate for Sunflowers

I know this has been asked before, but which seed plate do you use on a Garden Way Seeder to plant sunflowers (cut flower varieties)? Thanks.

I've had so-so luck using the popcorn plate. There were so many skips that I had to go back and fill them in by hand later. I bought the seeder especially to help with sunflowers, but I'm not sure it saved any labor at all. I will be trying it again this year, using one of the plates with bigger holes because I think that pulling out doubles will be faster than replanting misses. I'm sure there must be a better way, but I don't know if I can afford it.
