There are millions upon millions of mushrooms sprouting up then disappearing, then reappearing around the moss in my brooklyn backyard.

some are tiny and white others appears blackish or purple and larger.

sometimes takes over a piece of moss entirely

any ideas what they are if they are poisonous, or whatever ideas you have I would appreciate. I am new to this forum and to gardening.
